Dear Manoj,

let the three points be A,B,C

from three non collinear points we can form 3 right angled triangles with the three vertices A,B,C as right angles

1 acute angled triangle and 3 obtuse angled triangle at 3 vertices A,B,C as obtuse angle 

so probability is 

favourable events = 3

sample space = 7

probability = 3/7
